At ADSCC, we envision ourselves as being a center for knowledge exchange to help shape the next generation. We aspire to develop our own educational institution, built on research and academic partnerships with local and international universities. At present, ADSCC has a number of local and international affiliations with a list of universities and is continuing to build partnerships with leaders in healthcare globally.
FACT (Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy) is a globally recognized accrediting body ensuring quality and safety in cellular therapy and regenerative medicine practices, with ADSCC’s research lab being the first FACT accredited organization for hematopoietic cellular therapy in the UAE, showcasing its commitment to excellence.
Emirates International Accreditation Centre has accredited ADSCC on October 13, 2023 in accordance with the requirements of ISO 15189: 2012 Medical Laboratories – Requirements for Quality and Competence to undertake the medical tests in the accreditation scope. ADSCC lab is committed to continual improvement.
The ISO 9001: 2015 certificate was awarded to both Yas Clinic Khalifa City Hospital & ADSCC Laboratory services and Research studies on August 18, 2023.
ISO 9001 certification is granted by Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS for the continued satisfactory operation of the organization’s Management System after successful certification audits.
The GMP Lab certification was awarded to ADSCC by the UAE Ministry of Health, as it fulfills the MOHAP GMP requirements and the GMP requirements laid down by World Health Organization.
In May 2022, ADSCC achieved recognition with the Pharmacogenomics National Flagship Program. The successful completion of the proof-of-concept phase, involving 50 patients, has paved the way for the center to embark on the next phase. This upcoming stage aims to further expand the program, encompassing a larger number of patients and extending its reach to a national level.
ADSCC is the only facility in the GCC region to be awarded a Recognition Award for implementing Fresenius Kabi Global for the purposes of performing Apheresis and Photopheresis procedures on its premises. This recognition award was issued on March 22, 2021.
